Welcome to GlobalCue
Will I need to install software or a mobile app?
No. GlobalCue will work with any computer or mobile device that can browse the Internet. You don't need to download or install anything, and you won't need to fiddle with firewalls or weaken your Internet security settings.
What do our presenters need?
You'll just need to send them a web link to let them view their virtual handset.
How do I get started?
Click on the "Create a new session" button to create your first conference session. From there you can add presenters and find the links to their handsets.
For how long is a session remembered?
We keep your sessions for a minimum of 60 days after the last time they're used. This 60 day counter will restart every time the session is used.
Do you have any hardware which connects to GlobalCue?
Yes, we have a number of products which link with GlobalCue - please see here.
Is this really free?
Yes. We're not charging for this, we're not sneakily collecting your data, and so we don't offer any warranty. We already sell cueing systems for use at physical conferences and we'd like to help people out while those conferences are difficult to run.
How often is GlobalCue updated?
We're constantly improving GlobalCue, but we'll make sure that upgrades to the site only happen at the weekends. Our upgrade process checks that there isn't a show in progress before the site upgrades. While we can't offer any warranty on a free service, that doesn't mean we don't take your productions seriously. We'll do our best not to interrupt them.
